What happens if a generation fails?

Occasionally a generation may not complete, for example if a service is briefly unavailable.

You are not charged for a result you did not get

If a generation fails, your credits are refunded automatically and the attempt is marked as failed in your history. You can simply try again.

If you see repeated failures, please contact us with the service you were using and roughly when it happened, and we will look into it.
