Adding credits to your account

You add credits from your dashboard or the pricing page. You need to be signed in to top up.

Steps

1. Open your dashboard and select the option to add credits.
2. Choose how many credits you want. You can enter the amount in credits or in your selected currency, and the two update together.
3. Review the summary, including any bonus credits and the amount you will pay.
4. Complete payment through our secure checkout. Your credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Failed or cancelled payments

If a payment fails or you cancel, you are not charged and no credits are added. You can simply try again.
